Hampton Inn Parkersburg-Mineral Wells

We were caught in a terrible blizzard. We decided to give up on making it home to Ohio due to hazardous road conditions. Kind smile from Chris and other associates we’re so helpful to check in and stay. The staff were polite and helpful and the property so clean. Beds were comfortable and we were able to relax from the stressful travels in a blizzard. We really appreciated this thoughtful staff and clean, SAFE place to rest our heads and wait out the storm. Kudos to Chris and leading this amazing staff. They deserve to be recognized for going above and beyond in customer service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Outstanding Stay at Hampton Inn Mineral Wells, WV I had an excellent stay at the Hampton Inn here in Mineral Wells. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — exactly what I needed after a long day. But what really made the experience stand out was Roxann. She was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional from the moment I checked in. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in her work. Interactions like that are what keep me loyal to Hilton properties across the country. My room was spotless, the breakfast area was kept clean and stocked, and the whole team clearly works together to create a great environment. I travel constantly, and this location truly impressed me. Big thank you to Roxann and the entire staff — I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in town.

We had a great stay. The room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly. The hotel is clean and well kept up. Even the other guests were very nice. It is conveniently located near the interstate. They are lots of options for food nearby. Best of all, it's close to my family :)

Not sure why others rate this lower. I had a comfortable stay, in a clean room with very accommodating staff. In fact, the card readers went down due to a technical issue and the woman working the front desk had to manually let people into their rooms. She could had been nasty about it but wasn't. She helped each person with a smile. Great to see service excellence like this.

First time staying at this location (I normally stay at the Hampton closer to downtown Parkersburg) but I can say I will definitely return when in the area. The hotel is older but my room was very clean and the hotel is well maintained. The location was great and there were a few fast food restaurants very close with more restaurants within a short drive.

My wife and I stayed there and even with a late check-in there were zero issues and we got a good nights rest

So this location is showing it's age but still nicely functioning and friendly staff! Time to plan on constructing a new building and tear the current one down after moving over perhaps?

It was a perfect pit stop after driving 15 hours. We stopped overnight. Lobby was welcoming with beautiful Easter decorations. Lady at the front desk was warm and friendly. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast had a good spread. No complaints here.
